Levine Addition

Dave and Jean Levine wanted an addition with a spacious kitchen on the main level, a cellar below, and a Master Bedroom above.  The Levine’s existing house was built in 1918.  They wanted an addition that would honor the Historic House and create spaciousness between the old and new.  We opened up the old kitchen to the addition which became the dining.  This essentially opened up the whole main level incorporating the Living, Dining, and New Kitchen.

Dormers in the Master Bedroom provide a Juliet Balcony overlooking Emerald Mountain as well as windows in the Bedroom and Bath.  The light in the interior floods the space with the energy rated double hung windows that tie the Addition to the Historic House.
